Today, I went to Cosentino’s Market. A simple shopping list. Bought eggs, milk, and sausage. At home, realized all three products were locally produced. The eggs from Campo Lindo Farm in Lathrop, MO. Sausage stuffed here in town at Scimeca’s Sausage company on 8th St. Milk from Shatto Milk Company in Osborn, MO just north of Lathrop. Shatto chocolate ice cream should be a controlled substance.Real Shatto Cows
