Prairie Breeze

Rufus Musser returned safely back to his dairy farm in Milton, Iowa on Saturday. I received a nice email from him and his wife Jane. They told me that the particular cheddar I tasted won a national award this past week, "best in class". Their name for the cheese is "Prairie Breeze". I'm eating my last few chunks now with some grainy crackers, and a chianti from Tuscany.
