Today, the sunlight illuminates things
More than yesterday and that added light is good.
Or perhaps I forgot how bright it felt to my eyes yesterday
Maybe I didn’t walk outside enough at this time of day
this early afternoon.
Then today feels brighter than yesterday,
Despite the white bright overcast sky.
What light is better for painting outside?
A northern exposure?
Studio brain sort of day.
