back in the raw

Last night I shocked my system with some very rich food at a local restaurant. The occasion was a family celebration. Great conversation and toasts to the graduate. The food stupendous…lobster ravioli, seared Massachusetts sea bass, crab cakes, lobster mac and cheese (the highlight we agreed) carrot cake, chocolate silk cake, an Italian red.

Today, I ate bananas and apples.
