so many write

Have you ever stopped to think about all of the writing people do every day? At this moment while I’m finding these letters and words, so many people are writing with their favorite pen, sending 140 character haiku tweets from their mobile hand-held phone things, voice activating words on their screens, producing words into tele-prompters for news people to say things, journalists journaling, and people in school taking notes in class. So many people writing. And so many ways to release those words into the air, onto screens, and pages, so far so quickly. How will this acceleration play out? Consider how we’ve progressed in our ability as a species to write more, and faster. Maybe from voice-activated software, soon to brain activated software to brain uploads available online like iTunes where your brain is a kindle. Purchasing more storage for your child’s brain so they can compete for that Ivy League School. So many write. It’s fascinating.
