blossoms

After the high winds yesterday, the blossoms on the trees nearby survived. Three blossoming trees on the southside of the Main Street bridge at 15th Street look to be trees that have been there for quite a long time. One tree has it's branches sweeping up to the sky in a way that gestures in surrender, or perhaps anticipates an updraft. The wind was not that strong after all. These delicate looking blossoms are stronger than they appear. We're at day 4 or 5 into blossom season.
