gnocchi (no key)

My friend and I have decided that we could eat gnocchi often. Recently we enjoyed a plate of gnocchi with a cream sauce, slices of Italian sausage, caramelized red pepper, and generous amounts of garlic. Gnocchi is rare in Kansas City, which is good. We’ve decided to have a quarterly gnocchi dinner. Our next is scheduled for mid-June. In the meantime, when we say gnocchi, we sigh and smile.
