Today, at the City Market, I met Gary Shatto of the famous Shatto Dairy Farm in Missouri. He was there with his Uncle Robert showing some new products. Their milk is delicious. Their ice cream is creamy beyond cream. You may as well rub it right into your thighs because that's where it goes. They make two flavors of ice cream: chocolate and vanilla...I asked Gary if they were going to make coffee ice cream soon. Gary said that it's already in test producion and they're waiting for the packaging to arrive. Coffee ice cream launch date sometime in July...coffee they use?
