Say, vee, chay ! Having a raw food run recently and ceviche is very delicious. I’ve been using lime juice to marinate the fish, but Julio recommended I try using grapefruit. So, I bought me a fat pink one and a fat filet of tilapia…slice it thin, marinate for 30 minutes and chomp.
